just incase you dont know closet i have found to letting the irs know there is a problem is they now have a survey you can fill out last question on there allows you to describe a probkem your gaving with the site i filled it out figure its a way to communicate with them might be a good idea for everyone to fill the survey out and lis that problem somebody there will see it and realize its a big problem its worth a shot cant hurt
