week of April 24 - incomes under $10k

week of May 1 - incomes under $20k

etc 

the IRS is closed so there is no one to call and complain to....

After updating my direct deposit information last Wednesday, the get my payment tool says my pay will go in to my checking account ending in 8180. So not everyone will have to wait on a check if they updated their dd information

If you updated your DD information by last Thursday, you will still be getting the EIP via DD.  From what I read, you will be getting it this week.  I read where it was being said that if you got a cash advance from TT that this is the reason why you haven't received it yet.  That is not 100% true, I did not take an advance but I still haven't gotten it.  The reason why a lot of people are receiving "your information does not match our records" is because when you are asked to put in your DD information, you should be putting your personal bank information not the TT.  I put in my personal bank information and I did not get locked out it just says that my money will be deposited to my bank account.  I am starting to think that TT is telling customers to put their DD information from their Turbo cards in so that they can deduct the fees, if they have not yet been paid which is illegal.  Once they deduct the fees the remainder of the money is bounced back to the IRS and that is why you are receiving the notification that either your information does not match their records or you will be receiving your EIP via check.  They should not be taking money from your EIP even if you have not paid the fees because you haven't received your income tax refunds as of yet.

If you DID NOT have direct deposit information and you successfully updated it at the GET MY PAYMENT website..... the weekly deadline is Thursday for next week's deposit. 

So if you update by April 23rd, you'll receive the stimulus no later than May 8

if you update by April 30th, you'll receive the stimulus no later than May 15

etc

When it asked you to put your bank info in you either put your personal bank account in or if you put your turbotax info its the infomation you would use for direct deposit to your card. On the get my payment page I was putting the wrong refund amount bc I thought they wanted total not just federal amount. It still says mine will be deposited to my bank account and doesnt give me a date yet I updated my info at 5am Wednesday.

@Sara56lynn - if the "Thursday" rule holds, you should receive the direct deposit by this Friday.

Doesn't go past my name address and social and birthday says my information doesn't match theres..I know other people did turbotax and they have g.j or theres..

@Tmc1971 - make sure you type your address EXACTLY as it was on your tax return.    be sure to use the leading 0 if necessary on a birth date.  May needs to be 05 not just the 5.

@NCpersonI am not sure that is 100% correct.  I think you will be getting the DD on Wednesday not Friday.  The information I got was that you had to update it by Thursday to get it the following week.  The first batch of DDs went out on Wednesday, so I would imagine the same would hold true if you had to update your DD information.
