@Jalli008 I understand that you are frustrated. TurboTax prepares your return but is not the one who process the returns, the IRS does all the processing. TurboTax also has no control over how long the IRS takes to process a return once it is transmitted. We are not given updates on returns past the acceptance of the return. The 21 days is a general time frame that the IRS provides for filers. To get the most accurate date for your refund you will need to continue tracking it on Where's My Refund. As you know, some 2019 Federal Refunds will be delayed if they claimed the EIC or CTC due to the Path Act. Please click here for more information on the PATH Act.
