Green dot card yet to arrive.

I've been waiting for close to two months now for my refund via a green dot debit card. I feel extremely ripped off and will 100% not using this software again because of this outrageous delay.

No one in this user forum can access your Visa account or help with it.

LOST CARD

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.

The automated line kicks me out when I input my correct birthday. The line It says to call for an operator is  not working. I don't know what else to do. I'm enraged.
