Will my taxes be garnished if I was sued and have a court judgment against me?

It depends upon the nature of the garnishment. You will be notified in advance if this happens.

TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund by the IRS or the state.  If your refund is seized you will receive a letter from the IRS or state after it happens.
