We filed our 2019 and got accepted and got our refund in Feb 2020. Now I just realized that on the W2 of my wife and I there was another page of W2 simply all blank but with different number on Box 19 and different name on Box 20 and we forgot to add that line when filing our 2019 return. What should we do now? Do we need to file an amendment?

I would say it depends on whether or not entering that line would make a difference on your return. Line 19 on the W-2 is local income tax withheld; this may be deductible as a SALT (State And Local Tax) on Schedule A.
However, between the increase in the Standard Deduction and the $10,000 cap on SALT, it is quite likely that adding this local tax wouldn't make any difference in your return. Indeed, I can't see how adding this entry would increase your tax, but would likely decrease it if anything.
I doubt anyone will complain if you just sit on this and see if any one notices. There is no point in amending if it doesn't make any difference.
