Employee's withholding certificate printing with amended return

I have printed my amended 2021 federal and state returns. Why is it printing Employee's withholding allowance certificate with my amended return? I am retired & I want to remove it before I mail it off. Would appreciate some insight or reason to include it. This is a joint return and neither of  us are employed.

Your federal amended return would include the 1040x and any forms that have been added or changed from the original individual 1040 return.

Your state requirements will vary. I can't think of a reason any state would want the form you describe. You can contact the Department of Revenue.

Worksheets are not included in state or federal.

The amended return from turbotax printed those forms out along with a few worksheet . I did remove the cover sheet , instruction sheet for mailing, and ES vouchers. Everything else was mailed .I figured at this point if they don't need it they will skip over it. First time ever amending a tax return ,a little uneasy about the whole thing.
