Does the refund advance come out your federal refund?

Yes, the rest of your refund (minus any TurboTax fees) will be loaded on the same Turbo Visa Debit Card as your Refund Advance, typically within 21 days from IRS acceptance. This is based on any approved amount that the IRS or state releases. Please review the TurboTax FAQ below for more information on the Refund Advance application process:

If you have not received your federal refund because you are being audited will the advance be repaid with your state refund?

Being audited does not mean you will not receive your refund. If you owe fees for Turbo Tax and chose the  Refund processing service your fees will still be deducted from your federal refund (provided you are due one and it enough to cover the fees). Turbo Tax fees will not be deducted from your state refund.
