Thank you. I should've been more specific. Turbos No fee ATMs is it certain or no  fees no matter what you withdraw at no fee atm.

Also used CVS a said pen invalid.is that because funds available on TurboTax card but IRS  by 2/26 where's my refund.  So would I actually have to wait til 2/26 or is there a problem pin not valid

Just send it on facebook messenger.  You can send up to $9,999 at a time for free. Anything over $2000 has to be reviewed but will clear within 24 hrs. I know this because I did it yesterday.

Use your turbo card on messenger. Send up to $9,999 to someone you trust. I used my wife. She linked her debit  card to messenger.  Money cleared in 12 hrs and was in our bank account. No fees. Easiest way I've found.
