Direct Deposit Dates for People with Credits (EIC/ACTC)

This is a thread for those WITH credits who wish to start discussing or posting anticipated DDDs. Please do not respond with wikipedia copy and paste/irs.gov info about the PATH act or anything similar. We understand that they are held.

However, in previous years, I have found I usually get mine around the 20th of February. Not the beginning of March. Obviously, the IRS gives itself wiggle room, so tells people to expect refunds with credits at the beginning of March.

Please just state that you claimed a credit or credits and when your Where's my Refund status changed and the date of your projected DDD. Or, state if you're still waiting for a status change.

If we don't put useless info that anyone can find on Google on here, then people can easily find what they're looking for; which is if any filers with credits have a DDD yet. Thanks.

I filed/accepted 2/3 wmr still says accepted, EITC credits claimed also. No ddd

I checked this morning after seeing PATH act and I have now.... Your refund has received and it is being processed. I filed 1/30/2020. Hope this helps some one else because I’m confused and this is the first time seeing this message ever.

Remain calm people. Tip for next year : Never count on this money by a certain time. 🤣

Had the topic 152/PATH message with one bar showing return received and being processed.

Just checked today and the bars disappeared and only showing the filing info on the left of screen and where bars are normally has the following message:

"We have received your tax return and it is being processed."

Not sure what this means exactly, but will check again tomorrow morning and update if anything changes.

Claim same credits every year, head of household and get refund DD last week of Feb. or first week of March.

anyone think we'll get an update tonight. Mine is being processed as most of yours. Hoping we see something. I have never in all my years and even with PATH I've always had same credits... always had refund before 22nd of February. Always.

No EIC but 3 ACTC.

I filed on 1/25/20, was accepted on 1/27/20. I checked on 2/12 and I had the first bar as return was received. Pulled transcript, said nothing was submitted yet. My cycle code ends in 05, so I logged back on Saturday 2/15 and my transcripts had all my refund codes but no 846 code. I had a path message up until today. Now it’s blank, no bars, just says it’s processing. The latest I’ve ever received my refund is 2/27 so I’m hoping to get an update with a DDD sometime this week.

Hello fellow EIC and ACTC filers. I filed and was accepted on 1/30. I had one bar and topic 152 until last night. It changed to "your return is still being processed" and topic 152. No transcripts available for 2019. This is unusual for me, because I have received my refund (same credits, no changes) around 2/27 every year. So I called this morning. I was told that there was a batch of returns, with EIC and ACTC, that had an "internal processing error". She said that the error has been fixed, but will delay the affected refunds by one to two weeks. Just wanted to give a heads up. Please respond if anyone is in the same situation.

@onefris2nv yeah, I also got the "your return is still being processed " with no bars message. Thanks for letting us know. Hopefully it won't be a whole two weeks.

We filed on 2/1, which was later than usual and only have the processing message. What are the odds we won't see the PATH message since ours is still in the processing stage?

Filed on Jan 15, accepted on Jan 27, had processing with the pact act, then on the 16 it switched to "We have received your tax return and it is being processed". Nothing since, I hope it doesn't take until March...
