Mine were filed to every year how can they not find me on file when I got the 1,200$ stimulus they had all my Information then

I didn't get my stimulus either and I keep checking the get my payment and I enter the correct information and it says that the information doesn't match. I even double checked my tax returns to be sure that I didn't make a mistake entering my information. It doesn't make sense. I got my tax return but not stimulus. They NEED A WAY FOR PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM!!!!!

@Wildcatman - can you please check Line 30 of Form 1040? what is listed there? 

also, how much did you enter that you received for  the 1st stimulus and the 2nd stimulus? 

(the 3rd stimulus is for next year)

Also irs wont let me check status of my return..my s s.# is correct my zip correct my date if birth is correct. but there site says different
