COVID Stimulus Payment:(Please allow people who used Turbocard to change our Payment method to avoid having our stimulus payments delayed by having to receive it by mailed check

Pretty much their going to screw people over who took and advance (which is obviously because we're low income and always need the money asap) turbo tax is a scam corporation period!they should have this worked out already,and at least treat all their customers the same.

I spoke with the IRS directly, and was told that as long as the routing and account information that’s printed on my tax return matches to the Turbocard’s routing and account number than I will receive my stimulus refund via direct deposit. If it is different then I will get a mailed check unless I enter new direct deposit info on their Get my Payment tool on 04/17th. I verified the routing and account info matched on the Turbocard app. I did also get a advance payment from my taxes when I filed my 2019 taxes so I imagine this is legit and have heard other people have stated they received their refund already and have turbo cards. I will post confirmation if And when I get my refund when I do!! I say let’s all call it a day try and relax and hope for the best.

ANYBODY that gets the deposit in their account PLEASE be sure to update us all here. Obviously this is a huge confusion and we are being left to find out ourselves what to expect. Guess this is proof that I need to get a real bank account so I won't have to deal with wondering and stressing about who and when and where my money is going to land.

My return 1040 has my actual bank information on it. I had fees taken out by SPTG and then deposited into my bank account

You keep saying you “got” a DD, but then you say on the 15th. Do you mean that you are getting a DD on the 15th or did you already receive it in your TT card account?

I guess some TT members got a notification saying their deposit will be available on the 15th

@Danimal93 your agreement with turbo tax is about your taxes . if you do a bit of research the money will hit banks on the 15th if you do not get it the log into the portal that will be live on the 17th (2 freaking days later) and type in your turbo card routing number. THEN you will get the money i am guessing the next weds
