WHO CARES? I don't have 3 more months to wait.  Nor do I have a bank account besides the Turbocard to accept the stimulus . I have bills to pay. If Turbo or Greendot can't get me my money while others are getting it before me they should be forced to pay. They are the ones holding up my TAX PAYING money. They had weeks to figure this out. We should force them to go bankrupt for their lack of sympathy.

@Danimal93  I completely agree this is all TurboTax. If we don’t get the deposits it’s because they sent the irs a dummy account to get the fees and advances paid back which was never disclosed to us. I always assumed they intercept the funds as well. I mean it’s their card so why couldn’t they? Plus they have not been of any help. They are not clearing things up and helping us understand why things suddenly changed once SBTPG released that statement because prior to that they were saying yes we would. All these other companies have sent emails explaining to their customers where is ours?? If they know it’s a good chance we won’t get it why not have us prepared to update DD info? Whatever they know and trust me they know something why are they the only company NOT helping their customers?????

The truth is that these questions have been clearly answered but, either no one believes them or the same questions are twisted a asked again after about 20 mins. It will always be the wrong answer until you get the answer you want. I promise you guys that I have answered this clearly about 5 times and i also promise the answers given are true. Look back at my post if you need the answers 🙂

@Elimit21  No that screenshot is what they were telling us before SBTPG released that statement and I am positive they are not saying that now. I messaged them myself. When I first got on here their reps posted on this very chat that we 100% would be getting a check, and another said what u just posted that we would. People started questioning why a yes and no then they deleted and are only replying with this

@Kimmediato22    I understand that but there is so much misinformation out there. One person will say yes then another person will say no immediately after. Turbotax is doing nothing but replying with a "we don't know please check back a later time." All it takes is the CEO or President to speak to Secretary Mnuchein and reply with a  yes or no answer and put it further down the chain. They are not responding except with robots and they have had plenty of time to do this. They should pay. We pay money for them to give us the run around.

Oh and let me just add the link they sent me to use to check for updates has now been taken down and I can’t use it no more. It’s not because we won’t accept the answer it’s because the went from saying yes, to no, to we are not sure we’re waiting on the irs. SBTPG isn’t who we filed through nor our bank so why would we accept their statement?? Why don’t we have a detailed statement like that from turbo tax?

I HAVE NOT  FILE MY  2019 taxes....but you mention ON A PAGE THAT I HAVE........I Have not.... please call me or text me a phone number so that I can clarify this situation...PLUS I WANT TO GIVE YOU MY BANK INFORMATION ... You do not have that information because I never had a direct deposit with the IRS ..

The answers were clearly given a while ago by not only SBTG but many others. The info is often read incorrectly or twisted. 

Again, I promise 100% that anyone with a Green dot TT card not having fees removed   toward their tax return will get a DD. They will not all hit the same day and IRS will pay certain people based on AGI and even some locations FIRST , then your deposit will arrive. I’ll bet a bag of Hot Cheetos on it 🙂

so, I just did a video call with a lady from TurboTax.  She told me that we are to get payments on our turbo card accounts.  She said the 1040 I can see online through their app/website is the same form the IRS has.  I understand that she is a person and people provide misinformation all the time, but I grilled her.  I showed her my kids. I explained that I’d rather her say “I don’t know” than provide me with a bull **bleep** answer to get me off a call.  It would make sense for it to be deposited because the IRS has the 1040 and since they have that, they have our routing/account numbers. 

we shall see...

@Jeromym Me and lots of others got a DD for April 15th with TT card Aint nobody tryna get nobody “worked up” We was tryna help and encourage y’all

I got a DD with TT card for the 15th ..They sent me and so many others a notification
