@Danimal93  I completely agree this is all TurboTax. If we don’t get the deposits it’s because they sent the irs a dummy account to get the fees and advances paid back which was never disclosed to us. I always assumed they intercept the funds as well. I mean it’s their card so why couldn’t they? Plus they have not been of any help. They are not clearing things up and helping us understand why things suddenly changed once SBTPG released that statement because prior to that they were saying yes we would. All these other companies have sent emails explaining to their customers where is ours?? If they know it’s a good chance we won’t get it why not have us prepared to update DD info? Whatever they know and trust me they know something why are they the only company NOT helping their customers?????
