I have been calling the help line since 7am, it is now 2pm. No answer. Not once. The line randomly repeats a message after a certain amount of time and cuts the call without fail. I am on the verge of starving to death, and I can't get so much as a 'hello'. I don't need help with the stimulus, they already emailed me 4 days ago and said they had it and when it would be available...yep, they already have it at green dot just won't release it:)! but even more URGENT is the fact that this morning I added all the money I had in the world from a different bank ccount because that card was broken and I couldnt wait 10 days for a new one, and the turbotax app said it would take minutes!!!!hahaha now it says 3-5 days and cant talk to a single human being. guess im stupid for believing anything these people say. 1/100_will never use again. These people are using our money for short term inv. and coll. and making us wait and starve.
