Were you accepted for the Refund Advance? Here's a list of reasons why a person would not be eligible.

yes all my returns have been accepted and i didn’t put in my bank account information

Being approved for the Refund Advance is not the same as your returns being accepted.   Please follow the links in the post provided by AkinaLO.
