Cant file state

Hello I have been trying to refile my state taxes. My federal was accepted but it keeps saying my state is saved until I can file. Which is supposed to be today but it is still not allowing me to file state. Can I file my state with a different service?

Cant file state

That means it will be available with the 1/31/24 update which happens at night. It should be available tomorrow.
