Background:
I filed my taxes using Full Service and then we realized that I need to file an amendment.
I set up a call to get my amendment started with a new tax expert.
I cannot access the messages between myself and the new tax expert on web or mobile. I am using up-to-date version of Chrome and also iOS to try and access the messages.
Hypothesis:
After submitting taxes, the user interface changes to show that your process is now complete (with a summary of your tax refund/what you owe). It does not revert back to a Full Service screen even though you are starting an amendment and need to keep in touch with your new expert.
Question:
How do I get back the Full Service UI so that I can keep in touch with my new tax expert who is helping with the amendment? Is there a TECHNICAL customer service phone number that can help assist?

Once again, please read my actual scenario above. I am aware that you click on the expert's photo to chat with them. In this case, the photo does not appear because the UI does not revert back to Full Service.

I agree. I'm discovering the same issue. The TurboTax representative is clearly not answering you question. There should be a way to contact your PAID expert with any follow up questions regarding the specific return.
If you need assistance after filing the return, you would need to contact us by using this link. As once the return is filed then you are all set.
My tax expert who filed my taxes followed up with me by sending a message, but now that "full service" is taken down, I can't see the message. We were setting up an appointment to talk about next year's taxes but I can't see when the appointment is. There should be an easy way to message the person who we worked with, but there doesn't appear to be one.
