! Cannot contact Tax Expert after filing

Background

I filed my taxes using Full Service and then we realized that I need to file an amendment.

I set up a call to get my amendment started with a new tax expert.

I cannot access the messages between myself and the new tax expert on web or mobile. I am using up-to-date version of Chrome and also iOS to try and access the messages.

 

Hypothesis:

After submitting taxes, the user interface changes to show that your process is now complete (with a summary of your tax refund/what you owe). It does not revert back to a Full Service screen even though you are starting an amendment and need to keep in touch with your new expert.

 

Question:

How do I get back the Full Service UI so that I can keep in touch with my new tax expert who is helping with the amendment?  Is there a TECHNICAL customer service phone number that can help assist?
