Hello,

I need assistance with my account. I didn’t mean to continue to file and do pay. It toke my pay. I believe the file is incomplete.

How can you assist to cancel the file and refund the payment?

To make corrections or changes to your return, you will need to wait until your return has either been accepted or rejected by the IRS. If rejected, you can make your changes or add information to your return then resubmit it.  Once it's accepted, you can amend your return to correct or add the information necessary. I did not approved the charges in my cc and still got charge to file. I decided go different route so I am requesting a refund of $63.08

To submit a refund request online, simply fill out our TurboTax Refund Request Form. If you purchased a CD, make sure you send all the packaging that came with your CD.
