No. Schedule A will only generate if you choose to itemize. However, if you would like a copy, you can print it from the IRS website here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040sa.pdf
Yes you can, if you have paid for the software, then you can print all forms and schedules but you will have to "force" itemized deductions first to add the Schedule A - just do not forget to CHANGE IT BACK to the standard deduction after you print.
You can check the actual amount of itemized deductions by using the Search Topics for "itemized deductions, choosing" (under "My Account, Tools" in the online versions). Click on "Change my deduction". That will display the actual amount of itemized deductions vs. the standard deduction. (Be sure to uncheck "Change my deduction" after checking it so you do not lock in the wrong deduction. To force a schedule A, press "Continue" after selecting itemized. |
This was the correct answer. I probably will not use TurboTax next year because it doesn't have enough flexibility in printing
If you want the flexibility to see and print any form at will, then use the CD/download desktop version that has the forms mode. The desktop has many features that online lacks. Personally I would never use online.
