What exactly is preventing you from downloading the 2019 tax return PDF when using this procedure -
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
Instead of giving me my tax docs it keeps telling me about how to file 2020, I have tried everything everybody has suggested. I have been working on this since March 30, when the IRS accepted my docs!

Did you try the procedure I provided? Where in that procedure does it fail?
I do not have a tax tools on the left side and can not print any tax documents but one that is the out of state document. Why can't I print them all?

I followed the directions but I do not have a file I am being told. I know I e-filed it. The state has been returned already. One week!

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
You must sign onto the IRS website using the exact same information that is on your filed 2019 federal tax return - Social Security number, Filing Status and the Whole Dollar amount of the Federal Tax Refund only.
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.

You have to sign onto your 2019 online account using the exact same user ID you used to create the online account.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your 2019 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
i need to know how much i made last year
@Ludovico41 Last year? 2018? Are you looking for your 2018 AGI so you can e-file 2019?
You can get a free transcript from the IRS:
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Your 2018 tax return shows your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 7
If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2018
If entering the amount from your 2018 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead. If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2018 AGI may not be in the system.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1944348-how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online
Note: If you mail your federal return, you will also need to mail your state return. You will not be able to e-file your state return.
call me at [phone number removed].
this is a freatue listed in your material
I have been on TT for 5-6 yeqrs.
