Can I view confirmation that my federal and city tax due will be auto-debited from the bank account I provided?

I filed electronically and owe tax on federal and city, but receive a state refund. I provided a bank account and do  not believe I selected a payment plan, but vouchers printed out with my return. How do I view and confirm if TurboTax is going to direct debit my payment to the IRS using my bank account? Other communty answers suggested that auto debit was possible. Can I review the options selected when filing? Can I see the auto debit scheduled? Does a printed voucher mean it did not schedule correctly? I do not want to double pay.

Look at the Filing Instructions that would have printed out with your return.  The top paragraph will tell you how you wanted to pay the balance due.

You can also preview the instructions using these steps:

TurboTax Online

  1. In the black bar at the left side of your screen, click on TaxTools Print Center
  2. On the TurboTax Print Center screen, click Print, save or preview this year's return.
  3. On the screen, TurboTax Print Center, select Just my tax returns.
  4. Click on the  View or print forms box.
  5. When the print screen comes up the first page should be the filing instructions for your return.
