Can I get something like h&r blocks emerald card where you get an advance on you taxes

TurboTax is currently not offering refund advance loans.  At the beginning of the 2019 tax season there were refund advance loans offered to certain qualified users for the first few weeks of the tax season, but you could not opt in.  That program ended in early February.  

If they do that again for 2020 returns which will be prepared and filed in 2021, it will be in the first few weeks of 2021  AND the only way to get the distribution is on a pre paid visa card.
