Can I compare Premier Version with Web Version. My result show that web version generate Fed Return and desktop give me Due

Yes, you can review all your entries and information you enter in both versions for comparisons.  However, we don't have a special feature or tool in the program that can assist you.  Without seeing your program (s), I won't be able to tell you why the result are different.
