What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

The numbers i have the employees are out due to the virus..and they telling people to use the tool.. This app removed both of the numbers i just put up

The last letter i received they were asking for another copy of 2 of the w'2's... I called back a week later they told me they didnt need anything else and up to 8 weeks my return was to be released.. Which my 8th week ran into wen the virus hit..

I filed January 25 and still nothing. Also no stimulus either.... and you can't get a hold.of anyone from . The irs.... this is b.s. especially when the worl is in crisis

Usually someone from the revenue connects u with an advocate but since everything that has happened theirs no1 to talk too.. They automated system saying us the wheres my refund tool

I actually finally today got told my stimulus will be sent out on the 15th so probably gonna have to wait 20 weeks to get it sucks still no word on my taxes hopefully I hear back Monday about it

Yes a tax advocate does away with the irs... Once u get 1 then u wont have to contact the irs again until its time to get taxes again.. They basically the middleman between u and the irs and they handle everything...  I had one 2 years ago took them 2 weeks and i got my money..

Well if they gave u q mailing date for ya stimulus check then I Kno you will receive it the following Monday..... It only takes 2 to 3 days for ya check.. gud luck

If I mailed a paper return on April 30,2020 So I need to try and fax it ?I found out the paper returns office is closed at this time.....

Me too, I filed 10th of February.  I wrote my congressman, he's supposed to contact the IRS this week for me.  I'll never use turbotax again, either. You can file on the IRS website for free and I'll do that from now on.  Turbotax tried to take money from my account to cover my tax fees less than a month after I filed. I got on here and seen it had happened to people at the same time who had filed in January, so basically they grabbed as much cash as they could from everybody right before lockdown and I'm am not cool with that at all
