Usually someone from the revenue connects u with an advocate but since everything that has happened theirs no1 to talk too.. They automated system saying us the wheres my refund tool... Yes a tax advocate does away with the irs... Once u get 1 then u wont have to contact the irs again until its time to get taxes again.. They basically the middleman between u and the irs and they handle everything... I had one 2 years ago took them 2 weeks and i got my money..
