NEED TO KNOW IF MY TAXES OF 01/28/2020 WAS ELECTRONIC FILED.  OWED $23 THAT WAS TO BE 

DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ON 02/10/2020,  BUT IT DID NOT HAPPEN.

Sign onto your online account and the status of the tax return will be displayed.  If the status is Accepted then the tax return was e-filed and accepted by the IRS.  Any other status indicates it was not e-filed or accepted - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
