CA state return still pending many days after IRS a accepted federal

Federal return was already accepted but California state return remains pending days later.

advised give it more time.  Never had this issue before.

You charge $20 extra to e-file our return ONLY for it to sit in limbo for who knows how long.

why is it still in limbo.  More than 48 hours later?

You can track your California tax return here. There is no way for us to tell how long it will take to process for you. You will have to contact the  California Franchise Tax Board for assistance.

I bet it’s another issue with turbo tax software.  In 10 years I NEVER had my state return stay in pending status for this long.

there was a well known issue last year with California tax returns staying pending for weeks , then being rejected.  Happened to lots I know.

and turbo tax is of no help.

Usually a software issue.

I swore last year would be my last year using TT and it will be this year.  Already had a hugh issue with my form 7702 not carrying over to schedule 3 due to a broken link, and now this!

And it’s NOT a process issue.  

California has NOT even received it.  It’s in PENDING status.

and no word or email from TurboTax.  You say 48 hours,   well past that.  And you can’t even inform customers there’s an issue.

California tax franchise says they have NOT received it.

it’s stuck in turbo tax.

I paid you to transmit it and you did not!

You should NOT even allow us to file state return if your software is not up to date to avoid the issue.

state return still pending.  Says software update to date.

never had this issue before.  And turbo tax is of Zero help.

requested a refund, never even 1 message from turbo tax.

They just take your money and ignore you.

really the worst service I have ever received.
