What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

I have recieved my fed and it has been in "being processed" mode since feberuary 13th!

Also,no stimulus: " you qualify and will get a date when ready to be depisited in your account" hasnt changed either!

SO I JUST Wanted to throw this out there....I didn't use turbo tax, I used Freetax USA.  The EXACT same stuff is happening with them as TurboTax. They asked me to pay my fees outta my pocket and that was instead I guess of them deducting my return like they had initially said.  I'm still waiting for both tax return and stimulous. UGH!!!

This is helpful. I tried calling the IRS many times and cannot get through. I'm a teacher and I do not get paid during the summer months and I'm facing eviction and not being able to pay my rent if my income tax return doesn't get here soon practice. I've never had this problem in the past but it is very worrisome

I'm still waiting for both as well.... I was supposed to get my tax return beginning of April and it still keeps saying it's still being processed and I haven't got my stimulus either and I submitted my direct deposit information

Were dealing with the same thing today has been 60 days still no luck on tax or stimulus and I filed in late January
