After successfully registering for the Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card, you should receive your card via USPS mail with 5-10 business days. To report a card that was lost, stolen, or never received, please click here to report it lost/stolen.

You may also reach the Customer Care department, toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

I have been having the same issue.  Thwy sent one card and it apparently got lost in the mail so they sent another one and I still haven't received it. I have been without a paycheck for over a month I need that card.
