I purchased an Assist & Review Self Employed for my 2019 tax return on Feb 8, 2021, but haven't heard anything from TurboTax's end. I've tried to get in contact with customer support but they never called me, and y'know they don't have an email.
My health insurance is going to expire and I've been struggling to get these taxes sorted for months, the CRA sent my return back for being incorrect but couldn't tell me how.
Am I missing something?

I already have my income tax return for 2019 ready to file and just need it reviewed, which is why I purchased the assist & review.
It sounds like you're using TurboTax Live...is this correct?
