Amend 2019 return due to Notary income taxed by the IRS

I did not deduct my notary income from my 2019 return which in turn caused me to pay social security for notary fee income. I need to amend in order to correct this. I understand that I pay federal income taxes on notary income but notary fee income is not to be taxed by social security.
