I’m not gonna charge ppl and keep it to myself. I found a fix finally after 5 hours on the phone with them. Make sure your emails match all lowercase or whatever you have it make it match on credit karma AND turbo. I clicked on the right side under tools “delete and start again” but then go to credit karma sign in and go to the TAX tab at the top and click to file through turbo tax. Once you click that it will take you back to turbo tax and you will start your taxes again but you’re logged in turbo tax through credit karma. Even if it loops you around a few times keep doing it it took me about four loops and it took me to the transmit screen. I swear you will have your advance in ten minutes after you transmit if it’s early enough in the day. Good luck and really praying this helps someone!!!

Sorry for the frustration; we are working on a resolution and will update everyone as soon as possible. You mentioned trying a suggestion that did not work for you - was it this one? @Lisa2176 .
I jus got off the phone with customer service they said it is a technical issue at the moment that they are aware of. They said to check back in 48 hrs to see if the issue is resolved. I sat on the phone with the first rep for an hour and a half only to have to call a second time to. Find out this info. To avoid all of that let them know that it is an issue currently being investigated by the technical dept. And ask if there has been an update. As of now 10:49 01/28/2022 central time, there isn't one. Jus saving you guys some conversation and waiting! Hoping this helps everyone 🙏!
