After you file
I jus got off the phone with customer service they said it is a technical issue at the moment that they are aware of. They said to check back in 48 hrs to see if the issue is resolved. I sat on the phone with the first rep for an hour and a half only to have to call a second time to. Find out this info. To avoid all of that let them know that it is an issue currently being investigated by the technical dept. And ask if there has been an update. As of now 10:49 01/28/2022 central time, there isn't one. Jus saving you guys some conversation and waiting! Hoping this helps everyone 🙏!
