You can only get the Refund Advance on a new Turbo Visa Debit Card. See the link below for more information.

Once the IRS accepts your e-filed return and if you are eligible and approved for Refund Advance and the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you’ll be able to start spending online, typically within 1 hour of the IRS accepting your return. For more information about the refund advance process, please click the link below.

You’ll receive your Refund Advance virtual card info within 1 hour of the IRS accepting your e-filed return, by email. Any balance of your tax refund remaining will be sent to you after the IRS has accepted and processed your tax return, usually within 21 days. The IRS usually begins processing and accepting e-filed returns in late January.

You can only get the Refund Advance on a new Turbo Visa Debit Card. If you received a Turbo Prepaid Card last year, you’ll need to create a new account and receive a new card to receive your Refund Advance funds for this year.

I was approved for $750. Am I supposed to get a email confirming that amount?

I qualified for the advance and was notified that the IRS accept my refund today at 3:44 pm. I have not received the advance, however. What can be the issue? @ChondelLO
