Account in IRS site is paid off, still no DDD or refund. anyone in this situation still waiting on their refund?

when I look on the IRS site, the balace I owed, is now $0.00 but I still don't have a date on when I will get the rest of my money and I can't get anyone to give me an idea as to how much I will get back. I called the offset number and every time I enter my SSN or my husband, it said there no offset balance in our record. this is so frustrating. anyone in this situation and was able to resolve it? if so how long after this did you get any update and your money?

Only the IRS will know exactly when you will receive your refund.
