About Amended return

I am a full time student and I applied for the tax return through Turbotax. When I filled that in the feb I did not receive the American Credit opportunity. But When I filled my my 1040-X ,I was qualified for the American Credit opportunity and the total was $1000. It's been two months but I just received my first return yesterday and I haven't received that $1000. Will I get that $1000? I am in confusion.
