2021 tax filling

In March of 2022 we paid for turbo tax to do our 2021 taxes.  We worked with a tax specialist to prepare and actually paid what we owed to someone.  We learned that the Turbo Tax Tax Specialist NEVER filed our taxes.  We still paid the $200 plus.  All we want is for turbo Tax to complete and file our 2021 taxes so we can file our 2022 taxes this year.  I call customer and the auto attendant does not allow us to talk to someone live.  Please advise.
