2019 amendment e-file not working

I'm trying to e-file an amended return for 2019.  I'm using the 2019 desktop version of TurboTax.  After I get to the "Transmit Returns" I'm prompted with "We need to make one more check."  It requires me to change my signature date to a date in 2020 and a payment date between 1/27/2020 and 7/15/2020.  Even if I change the dates to comply, TurboTax just cycles through an infinite loop.  It seems like a bug in the program.  Anyone have any ideas on how I can get this to work?  Thank you in advance.

A 2019 federal amended tax return cannot be e-filed using the personal editions of TurboTax.  The 2019 amended tax return can only be printed and mailed.
