Incorrect in what way? Did you e-file already?

There are several types of Form 1098's - Form 1098-T, Form 1098-E and a Form 1098 from a lender, Form 1098-MA, etc. Which one are you referring to?

Do you mean that the information is incorrect on the form that you received, or do you mean that it is incorrect in TurboTax?

As stated above, there are several versions of Form 1098, and the answer could be different depending on which one. However, I suggest, that since it is so early in the filing process you contact the issuer to inform them and get a corrected Form 1098 issued. The Corrected form will also advise the IRS of the correction.
