$100 Bonus For depositing tax refund

Do you know if I can wait on setting up the employment direct deposit until just before June 10th? I don't mind hitting that 3rd requirement,  since I already opened the new spend account with my tax refund and got my refund already, I just need that 3rd requirement, and it sounds like it doesn't need to be done until just before that date?

If so, i'll probably set it up in May and then wait for after June 15th for the 100$ to be on it's way, that's no problem for me just want to make sure i'll qualify if I wait until like May cause I don't want to have to deal with having my direct deposits go to the new spend account for that long until then.

No…the IRS states my refund will be deposited February 24th 2022. And today is February 23rd 2022 there has been no deposit made.

I WILL NEVER USE CREDIT KARMA AGAIN. When I chose the option to deposit it to get a $100 bonus I never seen anything about any other qualifications. They are such scam artists! Just a way to get people to use their pathetic, confusing product because it sucks that bad. AND it won’t let me link none of my bank accounts so I can transfer over all my money and NEVER use this crappy service again! 😡🤬

my fed hasn’t been approved. State has been deposited. Just got $100 bonus from turbo tax. Wondering if anyone else got it and got their refund after or no?

Yea the 100 dollar bonus thing was really a bunch of nonsense. When you're at the end if your taxes trying to just be done and you see a "get a $100 bonus for doing this option" only to miss the fine print about also having to set up direct deposit from a job or something.

Then the "up to 5 days early" bs. I got my refund the day of, not even an hour early. 

I already have an account that consistently gives me direct deposits 2 days early. The whole credit karma offer feels totally scammy and mis leading. 

They also blocked my karma debit card over a 10 dollar Amazon purchase until I called the fraud department to confirm it was me and I was the one who had to tell customer service that I was pretty sure my card was blocked. And even when the lady transferred me to the fraud department the system didn't recognize my personal info and I had to press a 1000 numbers to finally get a rep. 

Can't wait to close my karma spend account down its nothing but a plate of hot garbage

Are there any minimum account balances required? It doesn't look like the direct deposit has to be any specific amount or a minimum amount, just that one must be made by 10 June 2022?

Are there any minimum amounts required? If I'm reading correctly, ANY direct deposit, even if it's only a couple hundred dollars, made by 10 June 2022 will satisfy the requirement to earn the $100 bonus. Is it necessary to keep a certain balance in the Credit Karma account or just to keep it open?

Received bonus offer, still no federal return though only state. Only did $20 direct deposit from other bank one time and $1 in savings. Anyone else get the same?

I have received my tax return, direct deposited about $250 which was deposited yesterday (So like 5 days early) but nothing on the $100 bonus yet.

My understanding of the promo is that we need just 1 direct deposit, but the "Qualifying Direct Deposit" might mean there is a minimum. That's why I didn't deposit a small amount like $10.

I'll contact them if I still haven't received my promo by March 1st.

I won't be able to try out direct deposit for another month...I'm only paid once a month, and they are already processing February. I did receive my federal refund within about 3 days of filing. No state yet, but they are always a little slow.

Update: so I got both of my refunds pretty quickly (not sure if they were early but idc I was in for the $100) and then I set up my regular checking to deposit $10 and my direct deposit for $20 from my paycheck and i got paid that in the account on 2/18 and I just checked today and it looks like on 2/24 the $100 was posted to my account! So not a scam! Hope this helps!
