$100 Bonus For depositing tax refund

I just got my refund today. No $100 from Credit Karma so I investigated and see the screen shots that were posted here. I failed to read the fine print too. But last week I did add them to my direct deposits at my work so hopefully I am covered. Only reason I signed up was the extra $100. I will let you know if I ever get the $100 but it is worth a try. $100 is $100.

Ya I obviously went with credit Karma because of the $100 deposit offer but I didn’t read the fine print so I don’t fully qualify. 

has anyone gotten a federal refund back yet? I was accepted on 31st. 

i don’t have my state back yet.

did you do your full check or just part? I set mine to put $20 of my check in

I just did $20 also. Never works for the first check so it will be a paper check and they have to mail it to me since I am not in building on Fridays. I didn't want to tie up a bunch of money waiting for a check. I will up it once the account has been verified and direct deposit starts. I won't mind getting paid a few days earlier with Credit Karma.

I choose this option as well, the IRS tool updated indicating I would receive my refund 2/9 it’s 2/10 and credit karma still haven’t posted my refund. I would have never selected them if I knew you wouldn’t get the $100 if u didn’t select to have direct deposit from your employer

This is the biggest horse **bleep** I've ever seen. I will not EVER use credit karma bull **bleep** again.. I just got off the phone with them cause I didnt get my $100 and she said it can take til june 15 for it to be deposited.. I was like are you **bleep**ing kidding me? I would have never ever ever done this had I known... I will be withdrawing my **bleep** and never using there crap ass service again..

Yeah I'm shocked because they way they have it advertised is that for chosing them instead of your normal bank account for the deposit of your taxes you'll receive $100 dollar bonus. Then after your chose to use them you find out you also have to open a spending account and have your work checked also deposited into the account then you have to wait till June 10th to receive the Bonus. That is basically legally scamming there new customers. Bad for business bad for business.

FYI ... always review the red tape for any "free" offer ... although they are not in large print they are clearly posted on the screen.  The devil is always in the details.

Thanks for sharing! So it seems we need a new account, deposit some of the refund, have direct deposit set up until June and THEN we will get the 100. That's a lot of work! haha We will see in June I guess if they will pay up.

This makes me so mad because I cannot find anywhere where it says it and now I’ve contacted support and they want a screenshot proving where it said that. I’m about to close the account.
