Question about refund advance

I got all of this info (I.e.  online card info, actual card) before my return was even acceptedaccepted by the irsirs and during preparation if my return was told I was approved for $2000. Soooo, why didn't I get my advance!?!?!?!?

It didn't give me a reason, so you guys let people believe they are approved and then take it back? I needed this loan, thats why i filed with you guys and got the turbo card &everything just so i could get an advance. So im not approved then? After stating i was with no reason to why im not now? Or am im waiting 48hours for a final decision, all my returns wore accepted by today....

Thats what im saying why didnt i get my advance with no explanation when i was approved for 750 and now no answer or explanation..

When filing taxes with TurboTax will they let you know if you owe anything before you file.

I talked to turbotax and turbo card  And the first century bank. I'm approved. They said I'm suppose to get it today at the 48 hours. It's going on 64 hours. I still have not recieved anything. And the bank told me I got approved for the loan today. Why havent I gotten it? I checked every inbox in my email.

You may need to contact customer support for the Turbo Debit Card again. They can handle any issues you may have with your Debit Card. Please contact them toll-free at (888) 285-4169 and update them on the issues you are having.

I did exactly this and they gave a bs answer about contact the IRS I contacted the IRS and now it’s not even seeming like they really received anything from Turbo Tax as it says approved by the IRS on my Turbo Tax app tho and received texts along with emails from Turbo Tax as well stating the IRS approved both my federal and state refund filings??? So now who do I talk to ???

ME either it has been nothing but problems and lies. They should have made it clear from the start that #1 they knew the IRS wasn't openly accepting returns until the 27th!!!!! #2 even with the conformation email for being approved for the RAL you still may not get it. .#3  Here it is day 4 and I still ain't been accepted and I was doing an EZ form. #4. They never made it known that to E-file you need to know your last year's AGI. #5 Free Free Free my ass why are they charging me $120 for 40 on state but the other 80???????

I was never told to call the IRS. just to call the turbo card and the bank it uses on turbotax. Everything is good on my end. It's just a longer delay then they know. That's what I believe. I know they are wrong for not giving us our advances when we was told but I bet it will deposit as soon as we quit checking it lol. I'm going on my 3rd day after I was accepted. I hope they dont mean 48 hours after I was approved for the advance because I got approved for the advance Tuesday. If I get it tomorrow I will let yall know. If I dont then I'll be calling the bank again. Because the bank is the one with the loan. NOT turbotax. Yall got to remember that. It states in the contract th the t it goes through fcbank. It's up to the bank. Not turbo.

@Scottkendra222 @It took a couple hours after my return was accepted and then I received an email stating my money was being deposited to my card and it was there.

Same issue here , I received my email this morning, I was denied for the advanced after I was told  I pre- Qualified , I use turbox for over 7 years now ! That denial email made me sick , turbox tax is full of mess , because your giving people false hope and you already know the answer, nobody wants your card,  but we apply for it, so that we can get the advanced.your advertising is false hopes and dreams , I don’t want your card , and I won’t be using your tax services next year . You lost me as a customer.
