Printing 2014 return that was never filed. How do I do this?

I prepared everything and thought it was submitted, but the IRS says it wasn't.

Printing 2014 return that was never filed. How do I do this?

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

A 2014 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.  Any tax refund on the 2014 tax return will not be paid since it is beyond the statute of limitations for a federal tax refund.  Any taxes owed on the 2014 tax return must be paid.

Print, sign, date and mail the tax return to the IRS.  Include with the mailed return any forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld.  Go to this IRS website for mailing addresses - https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment

There are no penalties for filing a tax return after the due date if filing for a tax refund or there are no taxes owed.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for when access to prior year online tax returns expire - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/when-does-access-to-my-prior-year-turbotax-...

The exact instructions will vary depending on the status of your 2018 TurboTax Online return (select one):

Just so you know, it is too late to receive a tax refund for a 2014 return, even if the tax form shows one.  If you owed tax due for that tax year, then when you mail in the tax return, pay the tax due by including a check or money order.  Use a mailing service that will track it, like UPS or certified mail so you will know it was received.

If you owed tax for 2014, you can also expect to be billed later by the IRS for the additional late filing penalty and interest that the IRS will calculate.  TurboTax will not calculate that; only the IRS will calculate it.
