Print self selected pin used this year

Prior to e-filing, I printed a review of my return and it showed the page where I had entered my self selected PIN.  I shredded the preview copy, filed my return and printed the return.  To my surprise, I can no longer see any page where my self selected pin is noted in the printed return.  I have not forgotten my self selected pin but I was hoping to have it printed as part of the return. 

Can anyone help?
