Premium Tax Credit

I filed my taxes but didn't file for premium tax credit.  I received a letter from the IRS requesting a 

copy of forms 1095-A and 8962. Do I need to amend my Federal Taxes?

If the letter states you need to amend, then yes. If not, follow the instructions in the letter.
