Premier PC did not increase my refund. How do I get a refund for Premier?

I started with Premier online. TT told me that the PC version is better. I upgraded to Premier on PC. My refund is not better. My refund is different on Premier Online vs Premier PC.

Did you download your online return to open in the Desktop program?  You should get the same result.  You can still do that if you didn't.   Desktop does have more features but the questions are the same.  Why did you switch?  Were you having trouble entering something? 

And by the way, All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions. So you could have bought Deluxe.
