Paper filing for my 2021 taxes

Hello everyone. I have a question, I've filed for my 2021 tax returns in around 2023 November using TurboTax Desktop software, since e-filing time has expired by then. I still have no response from IRS or TurboTax, when I track my refund, it says no information is available. Another problem is when I try to contact the support I can't since I don't have US number, because I live outside of US now. What should I do, do I keep waiting or should I do something else? 

Any help would be appreciated, thank you very much.

If you mailed a paper return, it could take months before it shows in the IRS system. Just keep checking.
