Original Issue Date? Or Issued Date the Licence was issued

Hi! I was wondering for my Licence, It is asking for the Issued Date, Does that Mean the Date it was Originally issued or the Date the Licence was Last Issued?

It is asking for the Date Issued as printed on the Valid License in your possession. Not the first time you were issued a license.

There is no Issue date on My Missouri Drivers License.  And the software freezes me.

There is. My guess would be yours is older.

Two issues:

1. I apparently have two accounts. One is [email address removed]. I filed last year using turbotax.
